What Are Credits

Credits are Trenz's universal consumption unit. Every action — generating reports, creating images, making videos — costs credits.

  • 1 data report ≈ 8 Credits
  • 1 product image ≈ 1 Credit
  • 1 AI video ≈ 12 Credits

Credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over.

How to Check Credits

Your credit balance is shown in the top right corner (number + icon). Click for detailed usage.

How to Upgrade

  1. Click your avatar (top right) → Account settings
  2. Go to Billing / Subscription
  3. Choose your plan and upgrade
  4. Payment is processed immediately

Pro plan includes a free 3-day trial. No credit card required. Cancel anytime before trial ends — no charge.

How to Cancel

  1. Click your avatar → Account settings
  2. Go to Billing / Subscription
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then downgrade to Free

How do I add team seats on Scale?

In Billing, add or remove seats at $19/month each. All members share the 6,000 credit pool.
